Located in peaceful and beautiful West Ocean City, The Plantations is a fabulous Community that offers a great location for everyone in your family, whether it be a day on the Beach, watching the ponies on Assateague, or even a day of shopping, Plantations 6 is close to it all! This beautiful 3 floor Townhouse has it ALL - spectacular Views and incredible Outdoor Living, and an interior so stunning and perfectly planned out, you may never want to leave. You will enjoy being able to walk to many Marinas, Restaurants, and Activities, yet are still only a short ride from our famous OC Boardwalk. That being said, once you see the Views from this magnificent home, you may never want to leave the house!

With a wonderful Open Layout, you can spend time with those who matter most, and still sneak away for a little quiet R&R. Park in the private driveway or in the Garage, kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin! As you enter the 1st Floor, you'll absolutely love the gorgeous Flooring and serene Coastal Colors. This 1st level is home to a Private Den with Flat Screen TV, access to the back Patio, and Bedroom 4, a spectacular Junior Suite. This beautiful Bedroom has a plush Full Bed, Flat Screen TV, and Attached Full Bath with Custom Walk-in Shower. As a wonderful added bonus, if you don’t love the idea of 3 floors of Steps, no problem, there is a Private Elevator to take you to the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted, however, please be aware the Owners do have a pet.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
