Cute little cottage in a quiet area of Cheriton Cross Road just a hop skip and jump from the Oyster Boat Ramp and twice that far from the beach in Cape Charles. Large yard so plenty of room for boats or an RV. Inside is two bedrooms one is big enough for a full size bed and the other will handle a single. Kitchen could be described as a galley kitchen but here is room for a table for 2 and there is a small bar. electric stove, refrigerator included. One bath with shower/tub combination, laundry room has connections for washer and dryer. Central heat and air. 800 PER MONTH
