As Jimmy Buffet would say, welcome to One Particular Harbor! And just as his music has a way of relaxing and rejuvenating us, so does this fabulous Vacation Home in the heart of Chincoteague Island.

This absolutely adorable Cottage is not only Pet Friendly (see restrictions below), it’s in an awesome location on Ocean Boulevard. Walk or ride your bike to many Shops, Restaurants, the Beach, and The Island Creamery - if you’ve been here, you know this is a must - and it simply oozes that quintessential Chincoteague Charm!

As you pull up to the house, you can already envision yourself sipping Sweet Tea on the cozy Front Porch as folks stroll by enjoying our little Island by the Sea. Warm and welcoming, One Particular Harbor has all the makings to be your Chincoteague Island vacation destination.

You’ll be welcomed by stunning Hardwood Floors, and muted Earth Tones with pops of Aquas and Blues. You’ll love sinking into the comfy oversized Sectional after a fun-filled day exploring Assateague National Seashore, and enjoying Flat Screen Streaming TV and Free WiFi. We just love the touches of a bygone era with curved doorways and crown molding. Just off the Living Area is more space to relax - a Sitting Area just perfect for curling up with a good book.

The Chef in your family will adore the Well-Stocked Kitchen - this truly is a home away from home. With all you need to easily prepare your meals, you may never want to dine out. But no worries if you do - many fantastic dining options are super close by! There is room for all to dine in the comfort of the Central AC, or enjoy Outdoor Dining on the furnished Screened Porch overlooking the Fenced-in Backyard (Fido is sure to love this amenity). Just off the Kitchen is the Utility Room with Full Size Washer and Dryer, which always comes in handy!

One Particular Harbor sleeps 10 in 3 spacious Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor and has a comfy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and is both warm and modern at the same time. Full Bath 1 is convenient to both the Living Area and Bedroom 1. As well as a common area that includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 more Bedrooms and a Half Bath. Bedroom 2 is a very cool “Loft” Bedroom with 4 Twin Beds and Flat Screen TV. With Colors of Sand and Sea Glass, and beachy white bedding, it screams beach house. Right next door, Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and fun retro-looking Half Bath.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals to guests under age 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. One Well-behaved dog 30 lbs or less allowed with $100 Pet Fee. Large dogs considered but MUST be approved in advance. Must be current on all vaccinations and on flea/tick preventative.
