Captain’s Cove is only 25 short minutes by car or boat from Chincoteague Island and Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free. And have y’all heard about our Oysters (pronounced Arsters here on the shore)? They are second to none! Looking for some OC excitement? Ocean City, Maryland is a short 45 minute drive away. Have the very best of everything, right in the heart of the Eastern Shore!

South Shore is Brand New construction for 2021 - and this gorgeous Coastal Colonial has it all. Tucked on a super quiet street off the beaten path in the Cove, you’re surrounded by lush Shade Trees and Tall Pines. Sitting right across from the Canal, you’ll take in gorgeous Water Views - just the perfect location to relax on the Deck and listen to the Tree Frogs sing, or go for a stroll through tree lined roads where you’re sure to see bountiful wildlife - Herons, Eagles, Egrets, Deer, and more. While you don’t have direct water access from South Shore, the Community Marina is a short stroll away, where you can launch kayaks, your boat, or do some fishing and crabbing from the Community Pier.

As you enter this lovely home, you’ll feel as if you’re taking a stroll on a beachy boardwalk. Crisp whites, weathered grays, and pops of sea glass are warm, welcoming, and pulled from Nature itself. South Shore’s open layout suits how we live today - spend time together without ever feeling crowded. Relax in the Living Area with Flat Screen Streaming TV and Free WiFi, or chill on the Deck and take in that salty, sweet bay breeze.

Mealtime will feel like anything but a chore in the well-equipped Kitchen. With gleaming Granite and Stainless Appliances, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or wander down the street to the Marina Club Restaurant and dine at the water’s edge. You can even grab a cold beverage and relax poolside with incredible Bay Views!

South Shore sleeps 8 in comfort and style in 4 spacious Bedrooms, and 2 ½ Baths. The Master Bedroom has a comfy Queen Bed, and lovely views of the Canal across the street. The Private Master Bath has a Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen Bed and Sitting Area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are perfect for the kids - Bedroom 3 has a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), and Bedroom 4 has a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle. A 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is shared.

Captain’s Cove is loaded with family-friendly amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week). More of a beach person? One of the most gorgeous, cleanest beaches in America, Assateague Island National Park, is only 20 minutes down the street, or take your boat to one of our awesome sand bars for your own private slice of Paradise.
