Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc.

Answer:

Hi there, Luke! Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Ocean City strongly enforces its ordinance that no disruptive noises be made between 12 midnight and 7 am in such a manner as to be heard at a distance of 50 feet from the building or structure which it is located. There is a rental agreement that is required to be signed with all of our reservations.
