Step inside to find a bright and open Living room featuring a large TV with cable and a Queen Sleeper Sofa, creating a perfect space to relax after a round of golf or a day at the Beach! Just off the Living Room is the 1st floor Primary Bedroom, complete with a Queen Bed, TV with cable, and an Attached Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo, offering added privacy and convenience for those who prefer to stay on the main level.
The upstairs is thoughtfully laid out for guests and families. Bedroom 2 features 2 Twin Beds and access to a Private Balcony, ideal for morning coffee or catching the sunset. Bedroom 3, just across the hall, also offers 2 Twin Beds and includes a Streaming TV great for relaxing and streaming your favorite shows. A shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo is easily accessible to both upstairs bedrooms, and the Washer and Dryer are conveniently located on this level for your use during longer stays.

Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal Outdoor Pools and an Indoor Pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed Championship Golf Course.

32 Borderlinks allows ONE well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS. Dog must be approved in advance.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo.
