As you enter this home, you are welcomed into the open Living and Dining Room Area - an ideal space for the family to relax in the refreshing AC and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen Streaming TV after a fun-filled day in the sun! There is plenty of space to spread out on the plush corner couch, and there is also a Murphy Bed for additional sleeping! The thoughtfully renovated, and open Kitchen has a crisp clean decor with a custom tile backsplash, gleaming countertops, and beachy white cabinets. And, it’s located just off the main Living Area, so the chef in your family never has to miss a moment of the Family fun! The Breakfast Bar is great for a quick breakfast before hitting the Beach, or spread out at the Dining table for a quiet meal in or even a Family Game night. You are also sure to relish starting and winding down each day on your Private, Furnished Balcony with Ocean Views.

The Primary Bedroom is located at the end of the hall with a plush King Bed, perfect for unwinding from a day of fun in the Sun. There is a Flat Screen Streaming TV, as well as an Attached Bath with a beautiful custom Walk-in Shower.
