A unique feature at Atlantis 104 is the enclosed balcony with amazing Views - not to mention, a safe space for the little ones. Take in absolutely breathtaking Views on the enclosed balcony - a wonderful place to begin and end every wonderful Vacation Day. Slip out with your morning coffee to watch the pelicans fish for their morning meal or sip a glass of Pinot as the sky turns pink at the days’ end.

Atlantis 104 sleeps 6 in comfort and style with 2 Bedrooms, and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. The Primary Bedroom has a comfy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and stunning Ocean Views. The Attached Primary Bath offers a beautiful glass enclosed Shower/Tub Combo.

Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 is bright and cheerful with a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. The Shared Full Bath is convenient to the Living Area and the Bedroom and has a Custom Tile Walk-in Shower. You will also appreciate the convenience of having a Full-size Washer and Dryer while calling Atlantis 104 home.

All guests are required to register with Security upon arrival and supply information requested. May 1st through September 30th there is a $60 Non-refundable registration fee and includes one parking permit. Availability of amenities not guaranteed by Seaside Vacations- Please call to check availability.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
