As you enter this lovely Condo, you'll be swept away by the clean, crisp decor and the wonderful Open Floor Plan that encompasses how we live today. You'll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach, while enjoying the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Flat Screen TV, there is also a Pull down Murphy bed for an added sleep option. A unique feature at Atlantis is the large Enclosed Balcony with amazing Views of Mother Ocean - not to mention, a safe space for the little ones. With a Dining Table and plenty of chairs, this is a wonderful space to take in the absolutely breathtaking Views and relax or gather to enjoy a family meal with some of the best views around!.

The Kitchen is sure to be a chef's delight with all the conveniences of home at your fingertips. Beautifully renovated in grey and white with gorgeous gold accents, whipping up a meal is sure to be anything but a chore. There's plenty of seating for all at the large Breakfast Bar for a meal in or a quick bite before hitting the Beach. The Chef in your family will love how well-equipped the Kitchen is - everything you need to prepare everything from a quick lunch to a gourmet dinner.

Atlantis 408 will comfortably sleep 6 adults between 2 Bedrooms. The incredible Primary Bedroom will take your breath away. With a cozy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, access to the Enclosed Balcony, and a Private Bath, you may never want to leave. Dressed in bright beachy blues and with breathtaking Ocean Views, it feels like a breath of fresh air. The Attached Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo - a great space to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun.

Bedroom 2 is a wonderful space to getaway and relax with a Plush Queen Bed. There is a Shared Full Bath in the Hall convenient to the Bedroom as well as the Living Area with a Walk-in Shower

All guests are required to register with Security upon arrival and supply information requested. May 1st through September 30th there is a $60 Non-refundable registration fee and includes one parking permit. Availability of amenities not guaranteed by Seaside Vacations- Please call to check availability.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
