The Breakfast Bar has 4 stools making it a fabulous place for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Feel like dining in? Prepare a lovely dinner with sweeping views of the Bay. Huge glass windows framing water and city views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated living and dining areas. An added convenience while calling Capri 1702 home, is the full-size stacked Washer/Dryer found just off the Kitchen!

Capri 1702 comfortably sleeps your family of 8 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Primary Bedroom is a coastal retreat tucked away from the Living Area with a luxurious King Bed, Flat Screen TV, large Walk-in Closet, and Attached Full Bath. The Primary Bath has a large vanity area and a custom tile Walk-in Shower. Bedroom 2 Is a quiet escape with a cozy Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3, will sleep up to 4 comfortably with 2 Full Beds and another Flat Screen TV. Across the hall, convenient to the bedrooms and the Living Area is the shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Enjoy a gorgeous day on the Beach with a book from the Capri’s library, or dig into some of the other great amenities. This building features a beautiful Indoor Solarium Pool filled with lush tropical plants - and the pool is open all year! Other exciting amenities include Tennis Courts, an Indoor Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room and Sauna, and a huge Oceanfront Sun Deck. Building Registration Fee: There is a $75 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival at The Capri and includes 1 assigned parking space. This is NOT included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
