Just off the Living Area, there is plenty of room for all in the spacious Dining Area. Dine in the comfort of the AC, or Al-Fresco with an Ocean View. The Chef in your family will appreciate the well-stocked Kitchen - mealtime will feel like anything but a chore! Not one to cook on Vacation? There are many dining options just a short stroll or drive away.

Bedroom 1 is located on the entry level, providing added privacy away from the main Living Area on the floor above and has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and a Private western facing Balcony with breathtaking Views of the Assawoman Bay. There is also a convenient Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Wandering upstairs, Bedroom 2 is found just off the open Living Area, has a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), Flat Screen TV and sweeping Bay Views. Take in perfect sunsets and panoramic Views of OC from the private Bay View Balcony. There is also another Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo on this Level as well as a Stacked Washer/Dryer for your convenience.

Century One is a very family-friendly complex that has an Indoor Pool, and Fitness Center (Seasonal), and Outdoor Beachfront Sun Deck. There is a $50 Amenity Fee - CASH ONLY - due to the building upon Registration. A 2nd parking space may be available, but it's on a first come, first served basis and costs $10/night.
