The family-friendly Golden Sands Building is located in the heart of Ocean City, and its Amenities are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also, for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Comfortably sleeping a family of 6, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with sweeping Ocean Views. As you enter, you will first find Bedroom 2, which is tucked away and ideal for your special little loved ones. Located down the hall from the main Living Area, it has a fun Surfboard decor, a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) and a Flat Screen TV. Just down the hall, convenient to Bedroom 2 and the Living Area, is the Shared Full Bath, beautifully updated with a Shower/Tub Combo. And while you’re calling Golden Sands 104 home, you’re sure to appreciate the convenience of the stacked Washer/Dryer.

At the end of the Hall, the Views from the Floor to Ceiling windows in the open Living Area with Kitchen and Dining Area will take your breath away. As you enter the Living Area, you feel this lovely home open to magical views of the Ocean as well as the Pool Deck below. The Private Balcony is a great place to watch the family play! The Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your family - beautifully renovated and well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. Can't do without those sea breezes? Slip out and enjoy your morning coffee watching the Dolphins play as the sun rises over the Sea, or enjoy a refreshing glass of wine as the waves crash and the moon lights the sky.

After a day of fun in the sun, you’ll love relaxing in the Living Area and sinking into the comfy furnishings! Get cozy on the couch, which is also a Sleeper Sofa, and enjoy the Central AC, Free Wi-Fi, and a movie on the Flat Screen TV. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned parking space (assigned June-August). Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
