Located in the wonderful Golden Sands Building, in the heart of Ocean City, with Amenities that are nothing short of amazing! Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As you enter, you will first find Bedroom 2, a warm beachy space ideally placed away from the Living Area so you can melt into one of the 2 plush Full Beds, and just relax without being disturbed. In the hall, you’ll find the centrally located shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. And while no one likes doing laundry on vacation, you’re sure to appreciate the convenience of the stacked Washer/Dryer.

As you enter the Living Area at the end of the hall, you will be blown away by the amazing ocean views let in by the wall of windows to the water. The Chef in your family will love the well-stocked Kitchen with all the comforts of home. Not one to cook on vacation? No worries, there’s so many options just a hop, skip, and jump away.

The Living Area is a wonderful space to unwind after each day of fun! Relax on the comfy wrap-around sofa, which is also a Sleeper Sofa, enjoy the Central AC, Free WiFi, Flat Screen TV. Or, simply take in those Ocean Views that are nothing short of mesmerizing. Warm, inviting, and thoughtfully laid out it is clear that no detail has been overlooked to create this dream Family Escape. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance. Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival. Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
