There is also a Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi, ideal for evenings after a day in the sun. The sliding glass doors open up to your large Private Oceanfront Balcony—sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or enjoy evening cocktails as you listen to the waves roll in.

The Primary Bedroom offers a restful retreat with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and private access to the Balcony so you can wake up to the Ocean Breeze. It also includes an Attached Bath with a luxurious custom Tile Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after a day on the Beach. The 2nd Bedroom is equally inviting, featuring 2 Double Beds and Flat Screen TV, making it a great space for kids, or 2 couples.

A shared Full Bath is located just in the hall and convenient to the Living Area and Bedroom, and features a Shower/Tub Combo. It is clear that this home was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, offering thoughtful upgrades and a clean, modern design throughout.

The building is beautifully maintained, and even has a Seasonal Outdoor Pool. The 1st floor location is especially convenient for guests with children, or those who simply want quick access to the pool and beach without having to wait on the elevators, simply take the one set of steps to the ground level!

Building Registration Fee: There is a $50 CASH non-refundable building registration fee in season due upon arrival and includes 1 Parking Permit. This is not included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
