These owners have thought of everything!!! The Starfish Serenity Beachhouse is beautifully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very large 4 level townhouse. It easily accommodates 10 sleeping, including a Murphy bed on the ground level. It has 3 full and two half baths. The kitchen is fully stocked. Anything you can imagine you need to cook is there. It also has plenty of platters for serving if you invite a few friends over while on vacation. All of the sleeping rooms have room darkening curtains to make it easier to sleep in if that’s your thing on vacation. We were there to attend the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival and it was perfect. We were able to enjoy a lovely, quiet space and drive the 40 minutes up to Rehoboth Beach for the Jazz event. Highly recommend doing that. Although we were not there for the beach we did notice that there was a closet filled with beach gear, including a buggy and also all kind of things to accommodate little ones, a pac and play, a high chair, baby gates, etc. So, I think the owners are thinking ahead about safety for little ones. There is a lot of outdoor space as well, including front and decks on each level which are fully furnished for your use. If you happen to need to work while there, a small deck is set up in the loft area for your convenience. Entry to the property was a breeze and the wifi worked well throughout the house. There are large screen tvs in every bedroom and living space for your convenience. There is convenient eating and shopping within walking distance. A Fractured Prune donut shop is literally across the street. We had a lovely and convenient breakfast from there one morning. Finally, it looks as if there is a brand new swimming pool that has just been completed for the townhouse development. You will want to see and rent this place. It’s just across the highway from the beach and can be walked to in 6 or 7 short minutes. The beach buggy would definitely make that convenient. At the same time, it’s in a community and feels like home.

The owners have thought of everything!!! We rented for a couple of nights to attend the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival but would come back in a heartbeat for a beach vacation. The townhouse, located in North Ocean City, is tastefully and elegantly decorated with a starfish theme. Much thought went into all choices. All the rooms are spacious and with the 3 bedrooms plus Murphy bed in the den ( and additional pull out sofa in the loft living area) you can easily sleep 11 people including children in the bunkbed room. There’s a desk area in the corner of the loft area in the top floor of your find that you need to get some work done while visiting. And, the furniture is sturdy and super comfy with lots of lounging space for everyone. The kitchen has everything you can imagine and then some if you cook while on vacation. Everything is labeled to make it easy to move around in the kitchen and the rest of the house. All the bedrooms and living spaces have large screen smart tvs and room darkening curtains if you like to sleep-in at the beach. Each bedroom has its own bath, with a total of 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The mattresses are super comfortable and we slept well. A very quiet community. There’s a closet full of beach and pool gear, including a beach buggy and there is baby gear in the same closet for your little ones (including a pac and play, high chair and baby gates). Owners obviously thought ahead about your little ones safety. There’s plenty of outdoor space with front and back decks on each of the 3 top levels. If you like to grill out one night, there’s a brand new grill waiting for you. The owners have installed a retractable hose in the 2 car garage for rinsing off upon return from the beach. Very convenient. There seems to b ca brand new swimming pool in the community for those days and times when you just can’t make it to the ocean. Lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. It’s about a 5 minute easy walk to the ocean. This is a great location and a beautiful home. The entry and exit was seamless and you will want to check it out if you are thinking about planning your next trip to Ocean City.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and even more spacious than we expected. The location is about 0.3 miles from the beach and easily walkable. While it’s not the most private spot due to the nearby bus stop and close proximity of neighboring houses, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again.
