With a Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Tennis Courts, and even a Mini-Golf Course, plus being close to dining, entertainment, and more, you truly can have it ALL. What’s even better, at Lola B’s Bayside Bungalow, you can bring the family dog! This home allows up to 2 well-trained dogs with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee EACH. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative, and must be registered at time of booking. NO CATS.

The Kitchen is a Chef’s delight with beautiful Granite Countertops, Black Appliances, and all of the conveniences of home - all overlooking the beautiful bay views! Cooking meals will feel nothing like a chore in this amazing space! And you’re sure to love the dining options this home offers, gather at the indoor dining table, out on the deck to dine by the bay, relax taking in that calming Ocean City breeze, or grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar. Just off the Kitchen is the cozy Living Area with Flat Screen TV and a Full Sleeper Sofa, a great space to relax and curl up with a good book!

The Primary Bedroom is a quiet retreat with a comfortable Queen Bed,bright, beachy decor, Flat Screen TV, and Attached Full Bath. The Attached Bath has been beautifully renovated to be a great space to freshen up with a Shower/Tub combo. As you make your way down the hall to Bedroom 2, you will also find the shared Full Bath. This Full Bath has also been thoughtfully renovated with a Custom Walk-in Shower and is conveniently located close to the Living Area and Bedrooms. Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 3 with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). There is also a Full-size Washer and Dryer for your convenience while staying at Lola B’s Bayside Bungalow.

The outdoor living this home offers is truly unparalleled with a large Furnished Bayfront Patio, Private Dock, and even a furnished 4 Seasons Room at the entrance of the home. For the family that wants it ALL on your next beach getaway, Lola B’s Bayside Bungalow is waiting for YOU! Deep Water Boat Dock is available for guest use, Boat lift is NOT available for guests. There is a floating 2 jet ski dock that is for guest use as well*

Lola B’s Bayside Beach Bungalow allows up to TWO, well-trained dogs with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee per Dog. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS. Guests are responsible for picking up after their Dog.

*Owners do allow guests use of grill, however guests are responsible for grill cleaning and propane use*

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
