This beautiful Condo is located on the 3rd floor in the “A” building of the Lost Colony community. Lost Colony 313A comfortably sleeps up to 6 and offers a beautiful *seasonal* Outdoor Pool area, complete with Picnic Area and bike racks! This Condo is in an ideal location for the family that wants to be close to all the action, while still enjoying the perks of a wonderful, quiet, family-friendly community! Even better, Lost Colony 313A allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays! You can stay Sunday - Thursday, Thursday - Sunday or weekly stays arriving Sunday or Thursday!

As you enter this home, you are welcomed into the open Living and Dining Room area - an ideal space for the family to relax in the refreshing AC and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a fun-filled day in the sun! The well equipped Kitchen is off the main Living Area and great for a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner after a day at the Beach. The Master Bedroom is located at the end of the hall and has a cozy Queen Bed, perfect for unwinding from the day. The Attached Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 is just across the hall from Bedroom 1 and is home to a unique Pyramid bunk with a Full Bed over a Queen Bed! Full Bath 2 is down the hall and has a Shower/Tub Combo. While we understand laundry is the last thing you’re thinking about on Vacation, there is a stacked Washer/Dryer located in the hall for your convenience.

This charming community is nestled Bayside, in the popular North end of Ocean City and is a short stroll to the beach, as well as being close to a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. Only a short block away is Delaware’s Fenwick Island, where you can find even more fun things to do - go-carts, beaches, dining, and tax-free shopping!
