The community of Ocean Village is centered around a large pond with a gazebo and relaxing fountain, and the community offers Pickleball, Basketball, Tennis, a kids Playground, an Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, AND a Seasonal Outdoor Pool - there truly is something for everyone in your family to enjoy! Best of all, Reel Nauti allows you to vacation with the family Dog, must be registered at time of booking and restrictions do apply.

Located in the heart of West Ocean City, you are close to everything while staying at Reel Nauti. Amusements, Go-Carts, the Shopping and Dining of the Tanger Outlets are all just minutes away as are some of our absolute favorite spots to dine such as Sello’s, Sunset Grille and Mickey Fins! You can take a 10 minute drive south to Frontier Town with Western amusements and a Water Park or keep going to Assateague and visit the Wild Ponies or head into Ocean City, just a short drive over the bridge for the Beach, the Boardwalk and all of the fun that Ocean City has to offer. While calling Reel Nauti home you are also just a short drive away from some of the Best Golf Courses the area has to offer and the Casino at Ocean Downs is just a 10 minute drive away with slots, table games, entertainment and even live harness racing in season! There truly is something for everyone in your family while staying at Reel Nauti at Ocean Village!

Now for Reel Nauti - this beautiful 2nd floor walk-up condo will comfortably sleep a family of 8 and features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and front and back outdoor living. As you enter, it will be clear that no detail has been overlooked to create this wonderful coastal escape. The wide open Living Space ensures everyone will have plenty of space to spread out and relax together without ever feeling crowded. There is a large wrap around couch, as well as the fun oversize bean bag set providing additional seating, perfect for the kiddos. There is plenty of space to relax in the AC while you enjoy the Free Wifi, stream your favorite movie on the TV, or just sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the Pond or the Gas Fireplace.

The Kitchen is a dream come true for the chef in your family, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the conveniences of home. The breakfast bar is a great space for a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun, and family dinners can be enjoyed indoors, or or you can also dine on the back Porch enjoying the pond and fountain. This unique Porch is primarily screened, with a small area open in case you want to sit out and soak up a little sun. There is a TV and even a Foosball Table for your enjoyment in the Screened portion of the porch.

Back inside, just off the Living Area is the Primary Bedroom, a large serene escape with a King Bed, Streaming TV, Work Desk, and Private access out to the porch. The attached Primary Bath is a spa-like retreat with a large double vanity, soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a cozy Queen Bed, Streaming TV, and access to the screened porch. Down the hall is Bedroom 3, comfortably sleeping 4 with 2 Full Beds, a Streaming TV, and access to the front porch area. While no one wants to do laundry on vacation, you are sure to appreciate the full-size Washer and Dryer, just in case you need to pop in a quick load of laundry.

Reel Nauti allows ONE Medium dog up to 35lbs, well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
