As you wander up the steps to the 2nd floor and enter this home, you are welcomed into the open Living and Dining Room - an ideal space to relax in the refreshing AC and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a fun-filled day in the sun! The thoughtfully renovated, and open Kitchen has crisp clean countertops and Stainless Appliances, and is off the main Living Area so you never have to miss a moment of time together. The dining area is thoughtfully between the Kitchen and Living Area, and is great for a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner after a day at the Beach.

Both Bedrooms are conveniently located down the hall, Bedroom 1, with a cozy Queen Bed, is perfect for unwinding from a day at the Beach. The Attached Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2, located right next door, will comfortably sleep 4 with a Full Bed, as well as a Twin Bunk, and has this a convenient attached Half Bath. Also in the Hall and convenient to the Bedrooms and the Living Area is the Shared Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. While we understand laundry is the last thing you’re thinking about on Vacation, there is a stacked Washer and Dryer located in the hall for your convenience while calling Sonesta III 202 home.

This charming community is nestled Bayside, in the popular North end of Ocean City and is a short stroll to the beach, as well as being close to a wide variety of dining and entertainment. Only a short block away is Delaware’s Fenwick Island, where you can find even more fun things to do - Go-carts, Water Slides, Beaches, Dining, and tax-free shopping!
