After a fun-filled day on the Beach, you’ll love taking a dip in the Indoor Pool, or lounging on The Capri’s huge Oceanfront Sun Deck.

The Chef in your family will love the recent updates to the Kitchen including Brand New Stainless Appliances! Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime a bay breeze, you can grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or prepare a lovely dinner and dine with jaw-dropping views of the Ocean and the Bay. Huge glass windows framing water and city views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated Living and Dining areas.

Starfish Escapes sleeps up to 6 in 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. Bedroom 1 has 2 brand new comfy Twin Beds and lovely Views. A Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is just across the hall, and also convenient to the Living Area. Bedroom 2 is a Master with 2 Queen Beds and Flat Screen Cable TV. The Master Bath is also brand new and features a solid surface vanity and Tub/Shower Combo.

Enjoy a gorgeous day on the Beach with a book from the Capri’s Library, or dig into the plentiful amenities that are offered. This building features a beautiful Indoor Pool Solarium filled with lush tropical plants - and the pool is open all year! Other exciting amenities include Tennis Courts, an indoor Basketball Court, Game Room, Exercise Room and Sauna, and a huge Oceanfront Sun Deck. You are only a short walk from many OC attractions and some of the best dining available. There is something for every member of the family at the Capri!

Building Registration Fee: There is a $75 non-refundable building registration fee due upon arrival at The Capri and includes 1 assigned parking space. This is NOT included in the rental rate. Additional parking passes may be available, mostly in off season, at Security for an additional charge.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
