Summer Beach 501

This is our new favorite place to stay and we can’t wait to come back next year. The wrap-around deck right on the ocean was amazing - can’t beat that 180 degree view! We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. We also loved being so close to everything else to do! The condo was bright, clean, beautifully furnished with everything we needed and more. We will definitely return for that deck and that view! Thank you!

Once again we had a wonderful tie in Ocean City, MD and staying in Unit 501 was of the Summer Beach Condo was wonderful - the beauty of the unit, the vie w of the ocean provided a constant feeling of peacefulness. We look forward to returning.

Summer Breeze, UNIT 501 was simply amazingly beautiful.. It was situated right on the beach like 30 steps to get there, It has a wrap around balcony with beautiful sunrises in the front and spectacular sunsets from the back of the condo. The inside was decorated with a mint green beachy vibe and modern furniture. It was clean and comfy for sure. My family, which was me, my husband and two kids ages 14 and 16 and we were so comfortable and still were not on top of each other. We enjoyed the balcony morning, noon and night time with the comfortable chairs that was provided. Will definitely come back next year and would recommend this unit to everyone! A+++++

We stayed here twice and will come back often - we love this place! You can enjoy coffee or cocktails on the wrap-around, ocean front deck or on the bay view deck. It is a really spacious one-bedroom condo stocked with everything you need. The boardwalk, recreation activities, and restaurants are within walking distance or just a couple blocks away. It?s a nicely decorated, clean, quiet spot for us as a couple, however, don?t let ?one-bedroom? confuse you. The living area is huge with lots of room for our kids or grandkids to sleep on the futon or the sleeper sofa and the two full bathrooms make it very do-able for a family. But, the ?icing on the cake? is that the living room has four sets of patio doors to decks that give you views of the ocean, attractions, and the bay. (My daughter says ?And there?s a pool!?) It?s the perfect spot for a vacation at the beach!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. The condo was very clean, bright, beautifully furnished and with amazing views! Right on the ocean with only a few steps to the beach. The wraparound porch and windows were breathtaking. I sat and watched the dolphins and the surfers each morning as I drank my coffee. You also can?t beat the location as we felt close to everything. We can?t wait to return next year!

My trip to the Summer Beach Condo #501 was in October, 2921. The condo was beautifully furnished and had many amenities. The condo itself have one a feeling of peace and the view of the ocean was spectacular from inside as well as outside I felt that I could live there year round, but I will be happy and content with a visit in the Fall of 2022.

Summer Beach 501 is the perfect condo! Right on the beach! It doesn?t get any better than listening to the ocean 24/7! The view from the five large sliding glass doors on the wrap-around balcony is breathtaking. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset (and the dolphins) in the beautiful new deck chairs. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated with new coastal furnishings, and the king size bed is super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. There are restaurants galore! We absolutely loved our stay April 19-22, 2022. This place is good for the soul. We highly recommend this condo! You won?t regret it!
