Yawl Drive 404 is a delightfully renovated single family home in the quiet neighborhood of Montego Bay. Montego Bay offers 2 pools, a kiddie pool, mini golf, and tennis courts. With a great location, you are close to everywhere you want to be - so you can park the car, kick off your flip flops, and let the fun begin! Even better, Yawl Drive 404 allows you the flexibility of staying any minimum 3 night stay AND you can bring up to 2 dogs(see restrictions below)!

As you wander up the steps and enter this thoughtfully renovated home, you are sure to just love the cool, calming coastal colors that surround you - peace and serenity at its finest. With beachy floors reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OC Boardwalk, you can almost smell the Fisher’s Popcorn. Memories of those childhood trips to Ocean City are sure to come flooding back.

Relax in the comfy Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach, just a short stroll away, and enjoy Free Wi-Fi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. There is plenty of seating to relax, without ever feeling crowded! Whether you prefer to step out onto your screened porch to take in that salty, sweet bay breeze, or relax in the comfort of AC, Yawl Drive 404 has got you covered.

The Well-Stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your family - with all you need for everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the Beach, to a quiet dinner in! Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries! There are many dining options just a hop, skip, and jump from the Condo, including some locals favorites such as Liberatore’s, Duffy’s Pub, or the Crab Bag for those delicious Maryland blue crabs! Located just off the kitchen is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Dreaming of a good night’s rest while on your vacation? Bedroom 1 is tucked back away from the main living space with a plush King Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Located just outside this bedroom is a shared Bath with Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2, located at the other end of the house, has a cozy Full Bed and Flat Screen TV. The Attached Jack and Jill Full Bath has a Walk-in Shower and is connected to Bedroom 3, which has another plush Full Bed.

The driveway will park 2 vehicles and there is ample street parking.

NO SMOKING/VAPING. Yawl Drive 404 allows up to 2, well-trained dogs with a $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee, Per Dog. Dogs must be registered at time of booking, current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. Guests responsible for picking up after Dog(s). NO CATS.Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
