Watch Herons and Egrets fish for their morning meal from the Screened Porch or your upstairs Deck - even Dolphin and Pelican sightings are commonplace in season! After a day exploring Assateague National Seashore, rinse off the sand and salt from the day in the refreshing Outdoor Shower.

The Chef in your Family will love the large Country Kitchen with all you need to make mealtime super easy. The Cottage is a short stroll to many great Restaurants, as well as to many Shops and other activities. A convenient Half Bath is located on the 1st Floor, as well as the Laundry Room with Full Size Washer and Dryer.

Wandering upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious Bedrooms and a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed and access to the Upper Waterfront Deck. Grab a book and curl up in an Adirondack, or relax with a glass of Pinot while taking in one of our famous Chincoteague Sunsets. Bedroom 2, also with a Queen and access to the Waterfront Deck, is right down the Hall. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kids with 2 Twin Beds.
