About Us:

Dorothy and Jason have an abundance of experience and passion for the Resort and Hospitality Industry. Together, they have been very proud to work with Lance and Elaine and be the Managers of Seaside Vacations, Ocean City for 6 years. Jason was born and raised in Carroll County, where he owned a cleaning and maintenance company serving the Baltimore area. He started working in the vacation rental industry in Ocean City in 2014, he fell in love with the area and officially moved to Ocean City in 2018. Dorothy is a 3rd generation local raised in Ocean City where her family has deep roots, her connections and knowledge of the area are something she is very passionate about sharing with all those who visit. That, in combination with an extensive background in Management and Hospitality, she loves the opportunity to work with guests, celebrating their special occasions, and helping to make their stay with us a full vacation experience. This industry and the people we work with are such a huge part of who we are, we couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

Favorite Thing To Do:

We love everything about living in Ocean City and the people who live and visit here. Being able to go listen to live music anytime, take an afternoon out on the boat, spending time with our family or just relaxing for a nice dinner and cocktail at one of our favorite local restaurants. There is always so much to do here.
