Y’all, a stay at Bradford House feels like a stay with old friends. There’s a warmth and coziness about it that hits you as soon as you walk in - it just feels like home. Tucked in a great location on School Street, you’ll feel a million miles away from the real world, but are just a short stroll from Historic Main Street, our famous Farmer’s Market, Restaurants, Shopping, and Robert Reed Waterfront Park - home of incredible Chincoteague Sunsets! And, it’s directly across the street from nationally recognized Brianna’s Park!

This adorable home has been helping families make Chincoteague Island Memories since 1944, but has beautifully updated and modernized throughout. Perfect for a small family, or for 2 couples traveling together, it sleeps 4 more than comfortably in 2 Bedrooms. If you’re looking for adorable AND affordable, you’ve come to the right place!

You’ll love relaxing at the day’s end in the comfy Living Area with welcoming furnishings, Central AC, and 70 inch Flat Screen Smart TV. After a fun-filled day at the Beach searching for our Famous Wild Ponies, it’s the perfect respite.

The Chef in your family will appreciate the huge Kitchen, well-stocked with all the comforts home - and then some! Grab your morning coffee from either the Keurig or the Mr. Coffee, and slip out to the Sunroom that lines the back of the house. With beachy furnishings, tons of windows, and a 50 inch Flat Screen Smart TV, it’s a great place to begin and end everyday. This area is not heated or cooled, but when you open those windows the room fills with that amazing sea breeze. As for dining, there’s plenty of room for all at the Breakfast Bar and Dining Area. Grill up some cheeseburgers in paradise on the Charcoal Grill, or wander to one of many great dining options nearby!

With all one level living, Bradford House has 2 Bedrooms and a huge Full Bath. Both Bedrooms have comfy Queen Beds and fun Coastal Themes. The Full Bath has tons of storage space, a Tub/Shower Combo, and also houses the Full Size Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet.
