Tucked on Willow Street, you’ll be just a hop, skip, and jump away from our Beach - Assateague National Seashore - where our famous Wild Ponies roam free, as well as the shops and restaurants of our Historic Downtown Main Street, and the spectacular Sunsets of Robert Reed Waterfront Park.

Upon entering this beautiful home, you will love the combination of modern amenities mixed with gorgeous historic architectural design throughout. Dolly’s House isn’t just any house - it was the owner’s Grandma’s house - steeped in history, love, and memories. It’s not just a place to lay your head at night - it’s a true Local’s Vacation Experience.

Entering through the Porch on the back of the house, you can already see yourself relaxing here with your morning coffee. We just love the slight Victorian feel of this home, and this Porch simply oozes charm.

The Chef in your family will appreciate the well-stocked Kitchen, with all the comforts of home except a dishwasher. We just love the beachy white cabinetry and pale green walls! Whipping up family meals will be a bay breeze! Grill the Fresh Catch of the Day, which hopefully you caught, on the Gas Grill, or pick up some fresh local seafood and dine Al-Fresco in the Picnic Area in the backyard. Don’t feel like cooking on Vacation? Walk or ride a bike to one of the many awesome restaurants within just a few blocks, such as Bill’s Restaurant, Steamer’s, Zach’s Seafood, the Island Creamery, and more!

After a day of fun in the sun at the Beach or exploring our Little Island by the Sea, relax in the spacious and comfortable Living Room with Flat Screen Smart TV and Free Wifi. With plenty of seating for the whole gang, it’s the perfect place to chill in the AC and reconnect with the family. Just off the Living Area, you’ll find another awesome Porch that lines the front of the house, where you can enjoy watching our sleepy Island come to life each morning. And the kids will love the large, grassy yard - perfect for chasing Lightning Bugs and listening to the Frogs sing.

Dolly’s House sleeps 8 more than comfortably with a Living Area Sleeper Sofa, and 3 Bedrooms, all located upstairs. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have Full Beds, and Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, and all are beautifully furnished and decorated with its own unique charm. There is a Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo on this floor that is shared, as well.

Need more space? Tucked behind the main house, you’ll find Dolly’s Cottages 5 and 6, which are both available for rent! Renting these homes together is perfect for large families, or multi-family gatherings or reunions! Ask about special pricing if you rent these homes together!
