Welcome to Fletcher House #7 on Willow Street! The Fletcher House Cottages have been helping families make amazing Chincoteague Memories for decades! Once part of the The Sea Shell Motel, these cottages are now part of our Seaside Vacations’ Family!

This adorable cottage is tucked on Willow Street, in the very heart of Chincoteague Island. You’ll be close to everywhere you want to be, yet still feel a million miles away from the real world. And, you’re less than 10 minutes from Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free! Our little island truly has something for everyone, and the Fletcher Cottages help you to enjoy it without breaking the bank!

You’ll love relaxing in the comfort of Central AC in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the beach. Sink into comfy furnishings and enjoy Cable TV, and there’s plenty of space for all! Sip your morning coffee in the Sunroom, as you watch our sleepy island come to life each precious vacation morning - there’s nothing like it!

Whip up family meals with ease in the spacious Kitchen with all the comforts of home, minus a dishwasher. You can grab a bite in the Eat-in Kitchen before hitting the beach, and enjoy family dinners in the huge Dining Room. Whip up the fresh catch of the day - which hopefully you caught - on the Gas Grill, and sip a cold one in an Adirondack under the shade trees.

Fletcher House #7 sleeps 8 more than comfortably in 3 Bedrooms, and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Full Beds. Each room has that quintessential Chincoteague Charm we all love so much, with a Victorian Flair. A Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo is shared, and is sure to come in handy! There’s even a Washer and Dryer and Outdoor Shower for rinsing off sandy feet!

If you’re traveling with a large group, or 2 families traveling together, you can book both Fletcher House # 7 and Fletcher House #8! Plenty of room for all, without ever feeling crowded!
