As you climb just a few steps to the Covered Front Porch, you already know you’re in for a treat - kick off your flip flops and let the fun begin! The first thing you’ll notice in the spacious foyer is the stunning woodwork and Stained Glass Window - so warm and welcoming. This spacious family home has so many nooks and crannies for your family to explore. The Living Area lines the front of the home, and the Victorian Wallpaper and Furnishings will take you back in time to a time where you’d sit a spell and just BE together. The rustic Hardwood Flooring is reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk, and Lavinder House’s imperfections tell a beautiful story of so many families who have been touched by its history. Continuing through the house, you’ll find a cozy Den, perfect for kicking back and enjoying the Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV. Or curl up with a good book and steal a little time all for yourself.

The Kitchen may be our favorite room in this one-of-a-kind Waterfront Dream Home. From its rustic Brick Flooring to soaring Pine Ceiling, it’s a very special place indeed. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to the Window on the back wall - it lets in THE most stunning Bay Views we think we’ve ever seen. Just imagine enjoying your meals here with that as the backdrop! Whip up family meals on the Gas Range, or grill in the backyard. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or enjoy that salty, sweet sea breeze and dine on the Screened Porch, where you’re sure to want to begin and end every sweet Vacation day, for sure.

Lavinder House is just perfect for a large family, or 2 smaller families traveling together, with 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths - y’all, this house is huge! And, it has such a unique layout - you’ll be exploring the entire time you’re there!

Following the front staircase, you’ll find Bedroom 1, the Primary, on the very top floor with a comfy Queen Bed, serene Sea Salt walls, and stunningly gorgeous Bay Views. We just love the truly unique angles this room has, and we think you will, as well! Slip out to your Private Balcony and stargaze, while the rest of the family slumbers, or enjoy watching the Herons, Egrets, and Eagles fish for their morning meal with your coffee. The Attached Private Full Bath has both a Soaking Tub and Walk-in Shower.

Heading down to the 2nd Floor, you’ll find Bedrooms 2 and 3, as well as another Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 2 welcomes you with sunny yellow walls and another Full Bed. Down the hall, Bedroom 3 is pretty in pink, and has a Queen Bed, plus a Private Waterfront Deck with Adirondacks and jaw-dropping Water Views. Almost every room in this house has amazing Bay Views - there’s nothing like it.

Making your way back downstairs and down the hall, you’ll see a sunny yellow staircase - a second staircase! This sunny path leads to Bedroom 4, which has 2 Twin Beds, a Private Bayfront Balcony, and a Flat Screen TV. The kids will have a blast exploring this oh, so special, home! Bedroom 5 is tucked on the 1st Floor, and also has 2 Twin Beds and amazing Bay Views from the windows and from the Private Waterfront Balcony. All in all, this fabulous retreat sleeps 10 in pure comfort and style, and with all sorts of surprises!
