Our shallow waters are perfect for exploring by Kayak, and there’s so much to discover - clams, oysters, crabs, and even shrimp! Bring your water shoes - we're famous for our Oysters! And don’t be surprised if you see Dolphin visitors, as this is very common during the warmer months!

Entering this breathtaking home through the Sunroom, you’ll be welcomed by oversized comfy furnishings and brilliant Bay Views. This space is wonderful for relaxing with a good book, or simply kicking back and staring at the water. We just love the layout of Shimmering Shores, with many nooks and crannies for spending time together, without ever feeling crowded.

The Chef in your family will adore the Well-Stocked Kitchen, with all the comforts of home - and then some! With Stainless Appliances and majestic Bay Views, mealtime will be a bay breeze. Whip up some Cheeseburgers in Paradise downstairs on the Gas Grill, and dine at the unique Live Edge Dining Table in the comfort of Central AC, OR dine Al-Fresco at the water’s edge on the Waterfront Deck, complete with Dining Table, Lounging Furniture, and of course the Hot Tub you cannot wait to enjoy! Grab a cup of coffee from the Coffee Bar - and bring your beans if you like to grind your own fresh java daily, as this Coffee Bar has it all! Bedroom 1 is on the 1st Floor with a comfy King Bed, and is decked out in crisp white and nautical navy. Right next door, you’ll find Full Bath 2 with a Custom Walk-in Shower and beachy Shiplap Walls. There’s also a Laundry Room with a Full Size Washer and Dryer and a Laundry Work Area.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 more Bedrooms and another Full Bath - but wait, it’ll take you a minute to pull yourself away from the spectacular Bay Views from the huge Waterfront Window on the upstairs landing! Bedroom 2 has a soft pastel palette and Full Bed, while Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed, gorgeous navy accent wall, and a definite sailor’s vibe. Bedroom 3 also has a handy Twin Sleeper Chair perfect for a child or teen.

The 2nd Full Bath will make your jaw drop! With a Free Standing Bath Tub, Custom Walk-in Shower, and rich Navy Vanity, it’s a total spa-like experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated - and there are even Bay Views from here!
