With beachy flooring, reminiscent of a stroll on the boardwalk, and colors of sand and sea, it makes for a peaceful retreat.

You’ll love relaxing in the spacious Living Area and taking in fabulous Views of the Marina and Chincoteague Bay, right from the sofa! Enjoy Flat Screen Streaming TV with Cable and Free WiFi as you sink into the comfy furnishings after a fun-filled day searching for ponies, or playing on the Beach at Assateague National Seashore, only minutes away. Or, relax on the Waterfront Balcony and watch Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal. Another perk of being on the 1st Floor is super easy access to Sunset Bay’s Dock - just wander down a few steps from the Balcony and try your hand at fishing or crabbing (gear not provided). And if you’re worried about those extra Vacation calories, you can burn a few off in Sunset Bay’s Fitness Center.

Sunset Bay 116 has 3 spacious Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, and sleeps up to 6 people in pure comfort and style. The Primary Bedroom is nothing short of majestic, with a comfy King Bed and wall of windows to the water. Just imagine waking to Bay Views - right from your bed! You can also slip out to the Waterfront Balcony from here and stargaze, while the rest of your family slumbers. The Spa-like Attached Primary Bath has a Walk-in Shower, Soaking Tub, and Double Vanity.

One of the things we just love about this home’s layout is that the Primary Bedroom is on one side, and Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the other side of the condo - lots of privacy for all! Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and beautiful beachy decor, and Bedroom 3 is perfect for the kiddos or singles with 2 Twin Beds, plus another Flat Screen TV.
