Kick off your flip flops in the tile entryway, and let the fun begin - you’re on island time now! You’ll be welcomed by gorgeous colors of sand and sea, flooring reminiscent of a stroll on the boardwalk, and of course, those gorgeous views of the Chincoteague Bay! This super-comfy Waterfront Home sleeps 8 in 3 well-appointed Bedrooms, plus a Sleeper Sofa, in pure comfort and style. The Open Concept Living Area is perfect for spending time together, without ever feeling crowded.

You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day of shell combing and searching for Wild Ponies at Assateague, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. It’s a bit hard to watch TV with those Water Views calling to you, however! Just imagine kicking back on the Waterfront Deck and watching Pelicans, Herons, and Egrets dance over the water, and there’s nothing like watching the Scallop Boats roll in at the day’s end. Just to sit there and take in that salty, sweet sea breeze is everything….

Mealtime will be a bay breeze for the Chef in your family in the Well-Stocked Kitchen with all you need to make mealtime super easy - and you can even gaze at the water from there! Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach or relaxing poolside, or enjoy your meal family-style in the spacious Dining Area. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries - you’re just a hop, skip, and jump away from many great dining options!

We especially love the way the 3 spacious Bedrooms are laid out at Sunset Bay 320. The huge Master Bedroom is set apart from the other Bedrooms offering lots of privacy. With a comfy Queen Bed, Flat Screen Streaming TV, and breathtaking Views, you’ll wake each morning on top of the world. Slip out to the Waterfront Balcony to stargaze while the rest of your family is still snoozing - pure paradise. The Spa-like Master Bath features a relaxing Soaking Tub, Walk-in Shower, and Double Vanity.

On the other side of the Living Area, you’ll find Bedrooms 2 and 3, and another Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 2 has a comfy Full Bed, Flat Screen TV, and is dressed in beachy hues.
