The Pearl at Grand Bay

We have stayed with Seaside several times now and we have always had wonderful trips! We love the convenience of being able to go directly to the unit and having keyless entry! This stay we really enjoyed having linens and towels included so we didn’t have to pack these extra items! Beds were made and ready for us upon arrival which allowed us to just bring our bags in and relax! We stayed at The Pearl at Grand Bay this year for the 2nd time. This condo unit is immaculately clean and well appointed especially in the kitchen. They have every small appliance you could possibly need! We love the back patio and the fire pit by the pond and it is a lovely setting with the channel and a view of Assateaugue just across the road. The condo unit is very quiet this time of year(thanksgiving week) and we just enjoy it so much! One very big perk of this unit is that the living room furniture is comfortable and there is enough seating for the number of people the unit sleeps. This is a luxury we haven’t always had in rental homes! This unit is wonderful for extended families as there are 2 queen beds as well as several single beds and we stayed very comfortably with my parents and my daughter. When we arrived at the unit, we didn’t have hot water. It was the night before thanksgiving day so I wasn’t sure if our trip would be soured! We did call the emergency number and they were very helpful in calling from this answering service to someone at the rental company. They responded via text within minutes and helped us find the panel which was hidden behind a painting. They assisted us in resetting the breaker and we gave it overnight to see if this would reset the hot water heater. Fortunately by the next morning this resolved the issue since a storm the day before popped the breaker but the rental company made a plan to move us to a comparable unit within the complex if it was a larger issue! So even on a holiday week, they responded quickly so that our trip was smooth and we appreciated it so much! Please don’t hesitate to book with Seaside! They are wonderful and we are appreciative of how everything is set and ready for us so we can just enjoy our trips!

This property was very cozy & comfortable. This?d place was very clean, relaxing, warm, quiet, we felt like we were home. Although, we are familiar with the area, around this time of year it?s not much to do but we did just what we intended to do & that was relaxed. Owners of the property was easy to get in touch with, checking in was a breeze, & they were very friendly. We will definitely visit again.

We had a great time at this property. The home was well maintained, stocked and clean. The service from Lance and Elaine were exceptional. Would definitely rent from them again.

My husband and I have stayed here the past 3 years and are so looking forward to our next visit mid September. It has the best of everything for us !! Everyone has been super to work with and would recommend Pearl on Grand Bay to anyone!!

Townhouse was very nice and clean! Beds were comfortable and view was very nice. Loved walking to the park to fish and crab and kids loved the park! Really close to get to ocean and shopping. Neighbors were super nice. Really recommend this place!?

We had wonderful anniversary stay with our five month old daughter. Elaine was very quick with responses to my questions ahead of time and contactless check-in couldn't have been easier. The house was clean and well appointed and there were updated instructions via email and on the fridge with covid protocols. It would have been nice if there were rugs in the house (there was one small one by one bed and one in a bathroom, and neither had nonstick mats under). That might have been a covid precaution though.

We enjoyed our stay at this location.. We've stayed along East Side Dr before. It has always been the best location for sunrises and accessing the beach. Grand Bay Ct was different for us but we enjoyed The Pearl. it was clean and comfortable, We particularly liked the kitchen and deck.
