Treasure Island offers you both - a beautiful home away from home, AND it’s less than 10 minutes from Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free! Assateague National Seashore is the most visited National Park in our Country - after just one visit, you’ll understand why. Our Beaches are nothing but nature - no boardwalks, no high rises, no arcades - just beautiful, natural Beaches!

Tucked on Cleveland Street, this lovely home is in the heart of Chincoteague Island, close to everywhere you want to be, yet you’ll still feel a million miles away from the real world. Historic Downtown Main Street Shops, Dining, and our Waterfront Park - home of many free concerts during the Summer months, are all just a short stroll away.

With the perfect layout to spend time together without ever feeling crowded, along with many nooks and crannies to have some time to yourself, it’s the perfect homebase for your Island adventures.

The spacious Living Area has comfy leather furnishings, gorgeous Hardwood Flooring, and is a blend of yesteryear meets beach chic. You’ll love kicking back after a fun-filled day at the Beach and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV. A 2nd Living Area lines the back of the house, and has more seating, rustic brick accents, and another Flat Screen Smart TV. There’s so much room to spend time together, without ever feeling crowded!

Whip up family meals in the well-stocked Kitchen with all the comforts of home, and dine in the comfort of Central AC in the spacious Dining Room, or Al-Fresco on the Picnic Table in the backyard. Not one to cook on Vacation? We’ve got you covered! Cleveland Street is a super short stroll or ride to many fabulous dining options!

Treasure Island sleeps 8 more than comfortably with huge Bedrooms, plus a Bonus Room. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom and is located on the 1st Floor. With a King Bed, Sitting Area, and Attached Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, it’s sure to be a restful retreat. There is a 2nd Full Bath on this level, as well, that has a Walk-in Shower.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find a Sitting Area with yet another Flat Screen Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is enormous, and has 2 Queen Beds, and sleeps 4. The Bonus Room, which you access by going through Bedroom 2, has another Queen Bed.
