Welcome to fabulous Wonderview 108 - aka Channel Retreat - in the heart of Chincoteague Island. This beautiful Waterfront Condo is proof positive that BIG things come in small packages. Tucked on the ever-popular East Side, Wonderview overlooks the Assateague Channel, Assateague Island, and our beloved Lighthouse. Just imagine enjoying your morning coffee on the Waterfront Balcony and watching Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal. Our waters are teeming with life - Dolphins, Sea Birds, Crabs, Clams, Fish, Oysters, and so much more. Fish and Crab right in your own backyard, or bring your kayaks! The Creeks off the Channel are incredible for kayaking and you may even see our famous Wild Ponies grazing in the Marsh. Wonderview 108 is truly a Water Lover’s Wonderland.

After a fun-filled day exploring Assateague National Seashore or soaking up some rays, you’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV. Sink into the comfy furnishings and take in majestic Water Views right from the sofa.

Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before your bike ride, or enjoy dining in the comfort of Central AC. Even better, slip out to the Balcony and dine Al-Fresco - talk about dinner with a View! There’s even a Picnic Area for you to enjoy some Fresh Local Seafood - which hopefully you caught!

Wonderview 108 has the perfect layout for a small family or a couples getaway. Sleeping 4 in 2 spacious Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, there’s room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The breathtaking Master Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed and Private Access to the Balcony. The perfect blend of white and blues will make you feel perfectly at peace. The Private Master Bath features a Tub/Shower Combo.

Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds and another Flat Screen TV. Full Bath 2 is just across the Hall and has a Walk-in Shower. And though no one likes to do laundry on Vacation, a Washer and Dryer are there for your convenience.

**No Boat Dockage is available at Wonderview. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks, but they must be stored on your vehicle, not on grounds or on property.
